Deposit & Payment Policy

• ​Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation.

• Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the balance will be charged 14 days before arrival.

Modification Policy

• Reservations may be modified up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.

• Changes to the number of guests or dates of stay must be requested directly with us. We will accommodate modifications based on availability.

• A minimum 7-day notice is required for any modification requests.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 or more days before arrival: Full refund minus a $100 per person processing fee.

• 15 to 29 days before arrival: Full refund minus a $200 per person processing fee.

• Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund; the full booking amount will be charged.
